I've been a patient at Pinnacle ENT for years, I see Dr. Chuma. I love this practice they are always there when you need them. Dr. Chuma is kind and caring and always takes his time. I wear hearing aids and my Audiologist in Erica Resendiz and she is great also. She took her time to explain everything my new hearings do. Don't hesitate to make an appointment you will not be disappointed.

My visit started with wonderfully friendly front office staff and then I was quickly greeted by another friendly face in Patrick, Dr Mattioni's assistant. Dr Mattioni herself was very professional, thorough and presented with a great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions to satisfaction. I traveled quite a distance to this office but the experience was well worth the effort.

My dealings to date have been with Lauren Doolittle, a Doctor of Audiology. I find her quite competent, understanding, knowledgeable and responsive. She is indeed a pleasure to work with. Her concern is not only with fitting hearing aids but also with seeing that I have no underlying medical issues related to my hearing loss. I go to Chester County Otolaryngology (part of Pinnacle ENT) for my age-related hearing loss. They were recommended to me by the director of the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at University of Delaware. Audiologists Mark Lisi and Jody Eddy, and Dr. Downey, have explained my hearing loss issues and treatment options in a clear and helpful way. There was not a long wait after I arrived. All the staff were pleasant and well-informed.

Dr Mattioni and her staff are always pleasant and kind. Dr Mattioni listens attentively to your symptoms before she discusses her recommendations and explains the reason she is making those recommendations. Dr Mattioni patiently answers all my questions and calmly takes time to make sure I understand everything. She never rushes me.

Efficient and friendly staff. Dr Mattioni has won my trust, as her knowledge and manners are top-notch. All of my questions were met with absolute concern and thorough answers. The whole staff is the same. I feel confident that I am in good care at this office.
