I've been a patient at Pinnacle ENT for years, I see Dr. Chuma. I love this practice they are always there when you need them. Dr. Chuma is kind and caring and always takes his time. I wear hearing aids and my Audiologist in Erica Resendiz and she is great also. She took her time to explain everything my new hearings do. Don't hesitate to make an appointment you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Chuma is approachable. He is very thorough in his exam addressing any issues. He is happy to answer your questions.

My visit started with wonderfully friendly front office staff and then I was quickly greeted by another friendly face in Patrick, Dr Mattioni's assistant. Dr Mattioni herself was very professional, thorough and presented with a great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions to satisfaction. I traveled quite a distance to this office but the experience was well worth the effort.

Dr. Undavia has a friendly, calming demeanor, explained things, answered questions, made suggestions, and let me know my options. I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about. Pinnacle ENT started the appointment 25 minutes late.

Dr Ward listened/heard!!! my complaints and addressed each one . patiently. It was a + experience and I would recommend this practice.

Would not go anywhere else great service

There was not a long wait after I arrived. All the staff were pleasant and well-informed.

Dr Mattioni and her staff are always pleasant and kind. Dr Mattioni listens attentively to your symptoms before she discusses her recommendations and explains the reason she is making those recommendations. Dr Mattioni patiently answers all my questions and calmly takes time to make sure I understand everything. She never rushes me.
