Practice NewsPhiladelphia Magazine has released their 2020 Top Doctors list and we are excited to announce that FIVE of our physicians are included. The recipients of this great honor include: Dr. Lesser, Dr. Surkin, Dr. Wilmoth, Dr. Zager and Dr. Downey.
How is the list put together?
Making it onto the year’s Top Doctors list is a true accomplishment. It is compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a healthcare research and information company founded in 1991. Their goal is to help patients find the best medical care by providing them with a guide to the top doctors and hospitals in the country.
The rigorous screening process is led by a team of researchers. It starts with an online nomination process. Any licensed physician in America is able to be nominated in a variety of medical specialties.
After the nomination process, the doctors are screened and their educational and professional experience is reviewed. Final selections are made and the results are released to the public.
