I go to Chester County Otolaryngology (part of Pinnacle ENT) for my age-related hearing loss. They were recommended to me by the director of the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at University of Delaware. Audiologists Mark Lisi and Jody Eddy, and Dr. Downey, have explained my hearing loss issues and treatment options in a clear and helpful way. There was not a long wait after I arrived. All the staff were pleasant and well-informed.

Dr Mattioni and her staff are always pleasant and kind. Dr Mattioni listens attentively to your symptoms before she discusses her recommendations and explains the reason she is making those recommendations. Dr Mattioni patiently answers all my questions and calmly takes time to make sure I understand everything. She never rushes me.

Efficient and friendly staff. Dr Mattioni has won my trust, as her knowledge and manners are top-notch. All of my questions were met with absolute concern and thorough answers. The whole staff is the same. I feel confident that I am in good care at this office.
