Robert Connelly is the Vice President of Operations of Pinnacle ENT Associates, a 13 physician Ear, Nose & Throat practice with 10 offices throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Mr. Connelly is responsible for the overall operations for Pinnacle ENT Associates and focuses his attention on practice growth and development, finances, marketing, billing and operations, mergers, contract negotiations and strategic planning of the organization. Mr. Connelly is an ad-hoc member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President of the group. Mr. Connelly joined Pinnacle ENT Associates in December 2005 and was instrumental in bringing the group together. Mr. Connelly has over 30 years of healthcare administrative experience in consulting, finance, billing and operations, information technology, managed care contracting, mergers and acquisitions, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing.

Prior to joining Pinnacle ENT Associates, Mr. Connelly worked as the Director of Billing, Operations and Human Resources at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (2000 – 2005), as a Healthcare Consultant with The Healthcare Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA (1995 – 2000), as a Practice Manager with Health Images (1992 – 1995). Mr. Connelly has a BBA in Business Administration and Human Resource Administration from Temple University.
