Starting September 16, 2019, she will be seeing patients at all five of our offices \u2014Exton, West Chester, West Grove, Kennett Square and Coatesville.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/pentadocs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/dr.-mattioni-1-240x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29538\" title=\"dr.-mattioni-1-240x300\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Dr. Mattioni is originally from the Chester Counter area and brings more than a decade of knowledge and service to our practice. She just finished a five-year otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery residency through the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has participated in extensive medical research and is published in well-known medical journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her medical training, Dr. Mattioni served as chief resident, received the resident of the year award, completed an Albert Schweitzer service fellowship and received numerous scholarship awards including the local Alma Newlin scholarship. She also is an avid volunteer &#8211; she started an HIV\/AIDS prevention program in Philadelphia and has also volunteered in clinics abroad in Peru, Ecuador and Honduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When not serving her patients, she can be found traveling, hiking, running or spending time with her husband and two kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Mattioni is excited to return to the area to help serve our community together.
